We have a passion to help you develop deeply-rooted habits that will empower you to discover success on your journey for well-being and a healthy lifestyle. We accomplish this through one-on-one coaching, cooking classes, and nutrition education. Plant-Based Nutrition is our passion, and if you are looking to transition to a more plant-based lifestyle but aren’t sure where to start, you are in the right place!

Lindsey Roberts

Lindsey knows all too well the difficulties of transitioning to a plant-based diet. Lindsey has always been an animal lover and four years ago, she decided to become vegan for ethical reasons. She quickly came to realize that this decision would change her life and went through a lot of emotional and mental challenges including having to re-learn how to cook not only for herself but also for her husband who very much supported her but had a difficult time feeling satisfied on plant-based meals alone. She started noticing that she was eating more processed foods because cooking which used to be fun, was now a chore, time consuming, and often unsuccessful and expensive. She realized that she was not alone in these challenges and as she began to develop skills to overcome them, her passion for veganism from an animal rights perspective soon began to evolve into a passion for nutrition and helping others. 

Lindsey has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and an MS in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert with the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, where she learned how to cook from a nutrition standpoint, as well as how to adapt recipes and meal plans to meet different dietary requirements, allergies, and sensitivities. She feels that everyone should not just have to eat to live, but truly love what they eat! Her passion in helping others led her to founding Level-Up Nutrition, where she teaches nutritious plant-based cooking courses and does one-on-one plant-based health coaching.
