What Is a Health Coach?

Who would benefit from my program?


  • People already on a vegan/plant-based diet but are continuously facing challenges that they aren’t able to overcome on their own.

  • Anyone who would like to adopt a more plant-based diet to manage chronic conditions, or as advised by their doctor.

  • Anyone wanting to learn skills that will help them be able to adopt healthy habits long term, even if they may not want to adopt a completely plant-based diet.

 My Philosophy


I use a Functional Medicine approach to health and wellness. Functional medicine focuses on determining the root cause of disease, and stays away from one-size-fits-all approaches to health. Not only does each person have a unique body that require different needs, but each person has experienced different life experiences that have shaped their values, habits, relationships, and their ability to solve problems. Many people feel that adopting a plant-based diet will solve everything, but the majority of the time your diet is not the root cause of your struggles. There are many other factors that play a role in your overall health, including sleep, physical activity, stress, mental health, trauma, environment, values, genetics, and relationships. It is important to consider all of these factors to understand the whole picture when you are taking steps towards improving your health.

 My 6-month Health Coaching Program

I am invested and dedicated to helping you overcome those obstacles to not only help you succeed with these goals, but provide the support, tools, and skills necessary to help you find success on all of your future goals and dreams.

How we help

  1. We start by diving deep into your goals. Why do you have those goals? Where have you seen success? Where are you struggling? What causes the most frustration? What other priorities do you have in your life?

  2. We then create a plan for success. Over the next six months we will work together to create an daily and weekly accountability program. Daily I will check in on your progress, provide motivation and support, as well as accountability. Weekly we will meet to evaluate your progress, provide education and support, learn habit building skills, and address questions and concerns about your journey.

  3. I will be available by email and text throughout the week if you have any questions or need extra support along the way outside of our scheduled meetings.
